The Vision

The Auto Talent Co-Op is an independent non-profit organization whose vision is to unite resources within the automotive industry.

Our goal is to do this with an app…as they say, “there’s an app for that”

The app will be the automotive professional’s must have to advance their career.

Through the app professionals will be able to access career paths, education, jobs, tools, and more. They will be confident that the information they are accessing is vetted, up to date, and measurable. Users will be able to create a profile that they can use to keep track or training, to stay on the correct career path.

As a recruiting tool the app will unite job seekers and employers. Potential employer’s will be able to view what stage of the career path a candidate is on. In turn job seekers can view shop reviews, benefits offered, and other stats to see if they are a fit.
